Aviation stakeholders

Your technology program has to land. We make sure it does.

Independent advice on what to buy, and senior people who run the program when it matters.

What we do

Buy the right technology — and make the program work.

  • Set up a PMO that keeps the program on track
  • Recover programs that have gone off-track
  • Interim program and project leadership, three to nine months
  • Independent supplier and technology evaluation
  • Requirements, RFP and RFI support before you go to market
  • Assurance reviews at the points where programs usually slip

Where we’ve worked

Program and technology domains we know from the inside:

  • AODB
  • Baggage handling (BHS)
  • Common use (CUPPS / CUSS)
  • Biometric boarding and self-service
  • A-CDM
  • Resource management (RMS)
  • Flight information (FIDS)
  • Airport operations centre (APOC)
  • Air cargo systems
  • MRO and engineering systems
  • Airport IT infrastructure and networks
  • Passenger flow and queue management

Independence

Where we stand

We work with both sides of the industry, and we are explicit about how we handle it. We never advise both parties in the same procurement. Before any supplier evaluation or bid engagement, we disclose active and recent engagements that could bear on it. If a conflict cannot be cleanly managed, we decline the work.

How we work

Three ways to engage.

Assignments and hands-on delivery are professional services — senior people doing the work. Advisory is our consulting side.

Start with a free 45-minute discovery session.

A structured conversation, at no cost. We come prepared, ask the questions that matter, and set out plainly where we see the risk and where we see the opportunity. Where it is useful, the next step is a written assessment with findings, options and a recommended plan.
