You’re losing tenders you should be winning.

We help you win the work and deliver it — market entry, bid strategy and pre-sales, then senior delivery people in your program once the contract is signed.

What we do

Win the work. Deliver the work.

Winning the contract is only the first step. Successful delivery is the real test. We partner with you through both.

Independence

Where we stand

We work with both sides of the industry, and we are explicit about how we handle it. We never advise both parties in the same procurement. Before any supplier evaluation or bid engagement, we disclose active and recent engagements that could bear on it. If a conflict cannot be cleanly managed, we decline the work.

How we work

Three ways to engage.

Assignments and hands-on delivery are professional services — senior people doing the work. Advisory is our consulting side.

Start with a free 45-minute discovery session.

A structured conversation, at no cost. We come prepared, ask the questions that matter, and set out plainly where we see the risk and where we see the opportunity. Where it is useful, the next step is a written assessment with findings, options and a recommended plan.
