This policy explains how we collect and use personal data when you visit www.crosshubglobal.com or contact us.
Crosshub Global is a trading name of United Pyramids Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore (UEN 202346730K). In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean United Pyramids Pte. Ltd.
1. Who is responsible for your data
United Pyramids Pte. Ltd., 73 Ubi Road 1, #05-54, Oxley Bizhub, Singapore 408733.
We are the organization responsible for your personal data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). For visitors in the European Union and the United Kingdom, we are the controller under the GDPR and the UK GDPR.

2. What we collect
- When you use the contact form: your name, company, email address and message. We also record the date and time you sent it.
- When you email us: your name, email address and anything you include in the email.
- When you visit the website: our hosting provider automatically receives technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit. This happens on any website.
We do not ask for sensitive personal data, such as health or financial details. Please do not include it in your message. This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and continue the conversation you started.
- To prepare for and manage a business relationship, if one follows.
- To keep the website secure and working, and to understand overall visitor numbers.
- To meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not add you to a mailing list.
4. Legal basis
For visitors in the European Union and the United Kingdom, we rely on:
- Legitimate interests: to reply to business enquiries and to run and secure the website.
- Steps before a contract: when you ask us about our services.
- Legal obligation: when the law requires us to keep records.
Under the PDPA, you consent to our use of your personal data for the purposes above when you send the contact form or email us. You can withdraw your consent at any time. See section 8.
5. Who we share it with
We use the following service providers. They process personal data on our behalf and only for the purposes we set:
- Lovable: website hosting.
- Resend: delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
- Microsoft (Microsoft 365): email and document storage.
- Google (Google Fonts): supplies the fonts on this website. Your browser connects to Google's servers to load them, which shares your IP address with Google.
We may also share personal data with our professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, under a duty of confidentiality, or when the law requires it.
6. International transfers
Our service providers may store or process personal data outside Singapore, including in the United States and the European Union. When personal data leaves Singapore, the European Union or the United Kingdom, we rely on our providers' contractual safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, to protect it to a standard comparable to the PDPA and the GDPR.
7. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that lead to work: kept for the length of the business relationship, then for as long as the law requires us to keep business records.
- Technical logs: kept by our hosting provider for a limited period under its own policies.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- give you a copy of your personal data;
- correct personal data that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your personal data;
- limit or stop how we use it, or object to our use of it;
- send your personal data to you or to another organization in a common format (European Union and United Kingdom);
- stop using your personal data where you gave consent (withdraw consent).
To make a request, email hello@crosshubglobal.com with the subject line "Data request". We may ask you to confirm your identity first. We will reply within 30 days. Most requests are free. Under the PDPA, we may charge a reasonable fee for an access request. If so, we will tell you the amount before we start.
If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to Singapore's Personal Data Protection Commission (pdpc.gov.sg). In the European Union, you can complain to your local data protection authority. In the United Kingdom, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.
9. Cookies
We have not added any analytics, advertising or tracking cookies to this website. If we add them in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
10. Security
We protect personal data with reasonable measures. These include encrypted connections (HTTPS), access limited to authorized people, and established service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Other websites
This website links to other websites, such as LinkedIn. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
